A or B Level Automotive Technician | Up to $100K a Year | A/C Shop

Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $35.00-$47.50 per flat rate hour
Pay Type: Flat Rate 
Earning Potential: Up to $100,000 annually (based on experience, productivity, and performance)

Note: Pay increases with each ASE certification

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join a well-established independent repair facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This position is ideal for technicians with solid repair experience, whether you're a strong B-Level technician looking to continue growing or an experienced A-Level technician with advanced diagnostic abilities. Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on American and Asian vehicles
• Complete inspections using Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) software
• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes and preventative maintenance
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle systems
• Document repair recommendations and completed work accurately
• Maintain productivity while delivering quality workmanship
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members

Qualifications

• 4+ years professional automotive repair experience 
• Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle systems
• Experience working on American and Asian vehicles
• Experience using or willingness to use Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) software
• Willing to work on a vehicle start to finish
• ASE Certifications are a plus.  Will be required to obtain in the future.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Flat rate pay ranging from $35.00-$47.50 per flagged hour, based on experience and qualifications
