Position Summary
We are hiring an experienced A or B-Level Automotive Technician for a busy, growth-focused shop in Houston, TX. This full-time role offers $30-$45/hr flat rate, with 30 hours guaranteed pay per week, weekly pay, steady car count, and ongoing training to help you keep growing.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles
- Perform general service, maintenance, and advanced mechanical repairs
- Complete engine replacements, transmission swaps, head gaskets, and timing jobs
- Handle heavy diagnostics and complex repairs as an A-Level Technician
- Perform quality repairs efficiently while maintaining high shop standards
- Work closely with teammates to keep workflow moving and customers satisfied
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area
Requirements
- Experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or repair technician
- A-Level Technicians should be strong in diagnostics and major repairs
- B-Level Technicians should have a solid repair foundation and desire to grow
- Ability to complete engine, transmission, timing, and head gasket work
- Efficient, productive, and quality-focused work style
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license required
- ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
