• 1 week per month with option for 2-3 physicians rotating weekly
• 20-25 clinic patients per day
• Clinic Mon, Wed, Fri 8am-5pm; surgery Tues, Thu
• 4-10 surgeries per day
• General ENT -- no head and neck, trauma, or allergy
• 60% adult, 40% pediatric patients
• Night and weekend call while working
• 2-5 patients per day on call
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
