  • Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, OEM service information, and technical documentation
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and Tekmetric DVI systems
  • Communicate diagnostic findings and repair recommendations with service advisors and team members
  • Mentor and support less experienced technicians when needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
  • Stay current with evolving vehicle technologies and repair procedures

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
  • European vehicle experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, drivability concerns, and modern vehicle technology
  • Experience using scan tools, oscilloscopes, and advanced diagnostic equipment
  • ASE certifications preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a flat-rate environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality repairs
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Compensation & Benefits

  • Flat-rate pay: $40-$60+/hr based on experience
  • Earning potential of $120,000-$125,000+ annually
  • Established European customer base with consistent workflow
  • Opportunity to regularly flag 40-50+ hours per week
  • Bi-weekly pay
  • Paid time off: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 3 years, 3 weeks after 5 years
  • 6 paid holidays annually
  • Ongoing paid training and professional development
  • WorldPac training opportunities
  • Employee-focused, family-oriented culture
  • Team lunches and employee appreciation events

  • Nearly 50 years of reputation built on honesty, quality, and customer trust
  • High-end European vehicles make up approximately 50% of shop volume
  • Clean, climate-controlled facility designed for technician comfort

  • Equipped with Topdon scan tools and Tekmetric shop management and DVI systems
  • Consistent workflow with a loyal customer base
  • Tight-knit team environment that values collaboration and respect
