A-Level Automotive Technician | Up to $58/hr
Middle Country Automotive is looking for a strong A-Level Automotive Technician who knows diagnostics, can handle general repair, and wants to be paid well for high-quality work.
We are a family-oriented shop that invests in training, keeps up with technology, and works on a strong mix of Domestic, Asian, European, and fleet vehicles. If you want a shop where your skills are valued and your production is rewarded, this could be a great fit.
Key Details
- Pay: Up to $58/hour, based on capability
- Earning potential: Up to $130,000/year
- Weekly pay!
- Hourly performance-based pay structure
- Paid 40 hours, with production over 40 paid at time-and-a-half
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM; rotating Saturdays, 8:00 AM-2:00 PM
- 5 bays / 6 lifts

What You’ll Do
- Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Handle general repair and maintenance
- Diagnose electrical and drivability concerns
- Work on Domestic, Asian, European, and some fleet vehicles
- Use DVI processes through Tekmetric- (will train if you do not have DVI experience)
What We’re Looking For
- A-Level Automotive Technician
- Minimum 5 years of automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and electrical skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
- State Inspector License is a plus
- Independent shop experience is a plus
- ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
