The Auto Shop is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician who is ready to join one of the area's most respected independent repair shops. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns.
• Perform advanced diagnostics on engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy.
• Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and provide detailed repair recommendations.
• Document diagnostic findings and repair procedures accurately.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Stay current on evolving automotive technology through ongoing training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities across multiple vehicle systems.
• Ability to perform advanced repairs independently.
• Missouri State Inspection License preferred.
• ASE Certifications preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Independent repair shop experience preferred.
