What You’ll Be Doing

We service 80–100 vehicles per week, providing a steady, consistent workflow with minimal downtime.

You’ll be expected to confidently handle:

• Advanced diagnostics (electrical, drivability, no-start, intermittent issues)
• Engine performance and repair
• Steering, suspension, and alignment diagnostics
• Brake systems and safety repairs
• Full vehicle inspections and accurate repair recommendations
• Mentoring and supporting junior technicians when needed

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional automotive experience
• Proven A-Level diagnostic ability — you can figure out what others can’t
• Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
• Ability to consistently produce hours and maintain quality
• VA State Inspection License: Preferred (not required)

Compensation

We offer a high-performing hybrid pay structure (hourly + flat rate) designed to reward top producers while maintaining income stability.

• $80,000 – $110,000+ OTE, depending on experience and production
