What You’ll Work On
- Advanced diagnostics and drivability issues
- Engine performance, electrical systems, and module-level troubleshooting
- Brakes, suspension, steering, and complex repair workflows
- Preventative maintenance on high-end and daily-driver vehicles
- Supporting and collaborating with other senior technicians
- Occasional mentoring of B/C-level techs (if desired)
What You Need
- 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic capability (A-Level skill set required)
- Confidence working independently on complex repairs
- Electrical diagnostic experience strongly preferred
- Clean, organized work habits and team-first mindset
- Ability to consistently produce high-quality, accurate repairs
