What You Need to Know (Quick Hits)

• Pay: $80,000 – $120,000 OTE (Base + Production Bonus)
• Bonus Structure: Starts at 30 flagged hours, increases every 5 hours
• Schedule: Flexible 9–5 (Mon–Fri), Saturdays optional
• Work Mix: Diagnostics + steady production (not a sit-and-diagnose role)
• Car Count: 60–70 vehicles per week (plenty of work)
• Shop Size: 3 bays / 4 lifts (tight, efficient team)
• Vehicle Types: 6–15 year old domestic & Asian
• Ownership: Direct access, open to ideas, actively improving operations

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose check engine lights, noises, and drivability issues
• Perform repairs across a steady flow of work
• Balance diagnostic time with production output
• Move jobs efficiently through the shop
• Work with other techs and delegate when needed

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of automotive experience
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Own your own tools
• Able to perform in a high-volume environment

Nice to Have:

• ASE certifications
• Experience with domestic & Asian vehicles
• Familiarity with Snap-on, Autel, AllData, Identifix
