We are seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join a growing repair shop in Orland Park, Illinois. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled diagnostic technician who enjoys mentoring others, solving complex vehicle concerns, and helping improve shop performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics on electrical, drivability, and complex vehicle concerns
- Troubleshoot and repair difficult automotive issues accurately and efficiently
- Support and mentor fellow technicians to encourage continued growth and development
- Help improve shop workflow, efficiency, and overall performance
- Assist with complex repairs and technical problem-solving
- Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate repair recommendations
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining a professional work environment
Qualifications
- Six or more years of professional automotive repair experience
- Three or more years of diagnostic experience
- Proven experience as an A-Level Automotive Technician or Lead Technician
- Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Well-rounded experience with general automotive repair
- Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and develop other technicians
- Professional, team-oriented attitude
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary of $85,000-$120,000, based on experience
