What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair drivability issues (engine & transmission)
- Perform electrical and ABS system diagnostics
- Complete inspections and recommend repairs
- Produce consistent flagged hours (40+ per week)
- Work efficiently with minimal oversight
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic ability (not a parts changer)
- Experience with electrical and drivability diagnostics
- Ability to consistently produce in a flat-rate environment
- ASE certifications are a plus (and increase your pay)
