We are seeking an experienced A/B Class Diesel Technician to join a growing team. Responsibilities

  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel engine issues on heavy-duty trucks and heavy equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service
  • Repair diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and drive line components
  • Troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems
  • Perform engine diagnostics using electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Repair and replace components including fuel systems, cooling systems, and air brake systems
  • Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations
  • Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors and management


Requirements

  • 3+ years of diesel technician experience preferred (A or B Level)
  • Experience working on heavy-duty trucks, construction equipment, or agricultural equipment
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
  • Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and drive train components
  • Experience using diagnostic software and scan tools preferred
  • Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
  • Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus but not required)
  • Must provide your own basic hand tools
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
