Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Science/Arts or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, software testing, or related technical roles
- Relevant experience may substitute for formal education
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in database testing using Microsoft SQL Server
- Ability to design and manipulate test data
- Experience validating:
- Stored procedures
- Jobs
- Triggers
- Replication processes
- Experience with automated testing tools (preferred)
- Ability to understand and translate technical requirements into test plans
- Solid understanding of software development and testing processes
- Good knowledge of business processes and workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform functional, system, and database testing
- Validate data accuracy and system behavior
- Identify, track, and report defects
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues
- Ensure software meets business and technical requirements
