Missions principales

  • Manager, animer et évaluer le service Qualité sur les sites de Vernouillet et Les Clayes‑sous‑Bois.
  • Harmoniser les pratiques Qualité et assurer la cohérence des standards entre les deux implantations.
  • Assurer la coordination avec les autres fonctions support (Production, Méthodes, Supply Chain)
  • Maintenir les indicateurs de performance client (DPPM, OTD, réclamations)
  • Piloter les certifications et leur renouvellement (EN9100)
  • Développer une culture d'amélioration continue et d'excellence opérationnelle
  • Organiser et faciliter les événements Kaizen et workshops d'amélioration
  • Réaliser et superviser les analyses Value Stream Mapping (VSM) actuelles et futures
  • Identifier les gaspillages (muda) et opportunités d'optimisation des flux
  • Assurer la conformité et la performance du SMQ en fonction des référentiels applicables.
  • Suivre les KPI, piloter les plans de progrès et rendre compte régulièrement à la Direction du site.
  • Des connaissances PART 21G sont appréciées pour accompagner les enjeux de conformité réglementaire.
  • Assurer la responsabilité des " points sensibles " : produits réglementés, sécurité, conformité technique.
  • Valider les démarrages de nouveaux produits, les modifications de process et les plans Qualité.
  • Définir les plans Qualité en lien avec le service Méthodes, notamment dans le cadre de la sous‑traitance et du resourcing.
  • Organiser et réaliser les audits internes et externes.
  • Préparer les revues de direction et structurer la gouvernance Qualité des deux sites.
  • Assurer la mise en conformité, la résolution durable des écarts et le suivi des plans d'actions.

Profil souhaité

  • Expérience confirmée dans un environnement industriel exigeant (idéalement aéronautique)
  • Solide maîtrise des standards Qualité (EN9100)
  • Excellente compréhension des processus industriels, de la conformité produit et de la gestion des risques.
  • Maîtrise des principaux outils Qualité : AMDEC, 8D, 5Why, audits, plan de surveillance, APQP/PPAP.
  • Connaissances en Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen souhaitées
  • Leadership affirmé : capacité à fédérer, décider, prioriser et piloter la performance multi‑sites.
  • Résistance au stress et capacité à gérer les urgences client
  • Capacité à collaborer avec les équipes Méthodes, Production, Maintenance, Achats et Qualité Groupe.
  • Anglais professionnel.
