The starting pay is $12.20 per hour, with increases to $12.90 after 6 months and $13.50 after 1 year, along with flexible scheduling and paid training.
Responsibilities include servicing stores, merchandising, organizing backrooms, and communicating with management.
Work is in a fast-paced environment requiring strong time management and organizational skills.
Build relationships with store associates, assist with store resets, and adapt to increased hours during holidays.
Use a company-issued tablet to plan weekly workloads and work independently or with a team.
