- Leading store associates by setting daily goals, ensuring brand standards, and resolving customer issues.
- Training, coaching, and engaging team members to achieve sales and KPIs while fostering a diverse, inclusive environment.
- Managing store operations including inventory, scheduling, digital fulfillment, and adherence to safety and loss prevention policies.
- Supporting the Store Manager in executing business strategies, analyzing trends, and maintaining operational excellence.
- Demonstrating leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
Physical requirements include long periods of standing, lifting, and working in a retail environment. Must have a high school diploma, retail experience, and availability to meet business needs. Cosmetology license is a plus.
