Job Summary
The Evaluation and Assessment Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating comprehensive evaluation and assessment operations for the Quillen College of Medicine under the supervision of the Director of Medical Education for Evaluation and Assessment. This position serves as a key member of the medical education administrative team, ensuring systematic oversight of faculty performance evaluation, student assessment, program evaluation, and curriculum mapping across all four years of the undergraduate medical education program. The coordinator manages evaluation data within curriculum management systems, develops analytical reports and summaries to inform quality improvement initiatives, and ensures all evaluation activities comply with LCME accreditation standards and QCOM policies. This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, proactive collaboration with students, faculty, and medical education leadership, and expertise in curriculum management systems. The coordinator works collaboratively with healthcare professionals and the medical education administrative team to advance evidence-based curricular improvements and supports the educational and administrative initiatives of the Office of Academic Affairs under the direction of the Vice Dean of Academic Affairs for the Quillen College of Medicine.

Ability to collaborate effectively with medical education leadership and faculty
Ability to develop and implement systematic processes and quality improvement initiatives
Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from evaluation data
Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail in data management and record-keeping

Preferred Qualifications
Two years of experience in medical education or higher education
Familiarity with curriculum management systems or educational databases
Experience with assessment coordination or program evaluation
