We have vacancies for passionate individuals to join our team as 7th & 8th Grade Middle School Boys Basketball Coaches. The ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of the game of basketball, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to fostering the personal and athletic growth of middle school student-athletes.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective practice plans focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. • Provide instruction and guidance on fundamental basketball techniques, strategies, and game concepts. • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes respect, integrity, and collaboration. • Attend all scheduled practices, games, and team events. • Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. • Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during practices and games. • Serve as a positive role model for student-athletes on and off the court.
