THE AVAILABILITY OF THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON SUFFICIENT FUNDING AND ENROLLMENT

Title: 6.5 Hr Cafeteria Helper ? Tenney Grammar School

Qualifications:

Must have applicable preparation and serving experience along with strong communication and customer service skills. Must demonstrate knowledge of all food safety and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) requirements and support documentation including production records and temperature logs. Must demonstrate accurate completion of daily count and cash reconciliation reports along with other reports as required by the USDA and DESE. Must work well with others. Must meet USDA Professional Standards requirements, preference given to candidates with certification through the SNA (School Nutrition Association.)

Must demonstrate strong communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

General Responsibilities:

• Requires cooking experience
• Assist in the daily production of over 1200 meals
• Gather accurate meal count records daily
• Must have experience working in a high volume kitchen
• Ensure proper sanitation of all equipment utilized during that days needs
• Any other duties as assigned
