Overzicht:

Bij TE Connectivity in Oostkamp ontwikkelen en vervaardigen 750 medewerkers elektromechanische componenten voor toonaangevende bedrijven binnen de automotivesector. Deze componenten worden wereldwijd verstuurd naar onze klanten. Ook worden de benodigde productiemiddelen en procestechnologieën vaak intern bij ons ontworpen, gefabriceerd en op punt gesteld. TE Connectivity's jarenlange inzet voor innovatie en technische know-how helpt haar klanten bij het oplossen van de behoefte. De combinatie van 'engineering' en 'operations' resulteert in een kostenefficiënt, geoptimaliseerd productieproces, in een doorgedreven knowhow en bijgevolg in producten die beantwoorden aan de allerhoogste kwaliteitsnormen.

Jouw taken:

• Je coördineert alle warehouse activiteiten met als doel te voorzien in een optimaal voorraadbeheer en correcte ontvangst en verzending van goederen binnen de vooropgestelde KPI's.
• Je stelt richtlijnen, systemen, kwaliteitsnormen en procedures op voor het goed functioneren van de warehouse processen, in lijn met de beleidsrichtlijnen en normen van de organisatie
• Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de warehouse gerelateerde KPI's
• Je beheert het geïnformatiseerd voorraadbeheersysteem
• Je streeft verbeteringen na en staat hierbij in voor de coördinatie van warehouse gerelateerde projecten
• Je coördineert en organiseert de verschillende activiteiten van het warehouse team naargelang de prioriteiten en bekwaamheden van iedereen
• Je coacht en ontwikkelt jouw medewerkers
• Je houdt jezelf continu op de hoogte van de evoluties binnen het vakgebied
• Je beheert de operationele werking met de 3PL
• Je aligneert met de interne stakeholders aangegaande het optimaliseren van de logistieke flow
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van de afspraken met transporteurs
• Je volgt de transportkosten op en stuurt bij waar mogelijk
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak van de budgetten zodat de operationele werking gegarandeerd blijft

Jouw profiel:

• Je hebt een master diploma in Economie of gelijkgesteld door ervaring
• Je hebt ervaring in het leiden van een afdeling, je bent een echte people manager
• Je bent analytisch en probleemoplossend ingesteld
• Je hebt kennis van de logistieke processen, inclusief douane formaliteiten
• Je bezit over goede communicatie vaardigheden
• Je hebt kennis van het Engels, Duits is een pluspunt
• Je hebt kennis van MS office (Excel, powerpoint…)
