In order to achieve our common goals, we count on you

• Own and manage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant invoicing to customers.
• Oversee the preparation and issuance of invoices and statements, ensuring correctness and adherence to deadlines.
• Maintain up-to-date customer master data and billing-related records.
• Review billable and non-billable items, identify discrepancies, and drive resolution.
• Reconcile billing-related general ledger accounts, ensuring alignment with financial records.
• Collaborate closely with collections, finance/accounting, credit management, and customer acquisition teams.
• Manage customer Purchase Orders (POs), maintain accurate records, and ensure the outbound invoice register is up to date.
• Prepare regular monthly reports on billing performance and outstanding receivables, providing insights to internal stakeholders.
• Support customers and internal stakeholders in resolving billing-related queries, disputes, and complaints.
• Maintain continuous communication with all parties involved in the billing process to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

What you will need for successful work

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in billing, finance, or a related area.
• Strong understanding of billing processes and financial operations.
• Basic knowledge of collections practices and relevant financial regulations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with a structured working approach.
• Ability to manage end-to-end processes and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle discrepancies and disputes efficiently.
• Professional working proficiency in English and/or German.
