Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in NM or a compact state
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in oncology nursing or similar specialty
- Proficient in patient assessment, medication administration, and documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow protocols meticulously
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Additional certifications related to oncology or infusion therapy
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) highly preferred
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in oncology nursing or related areas
- Previous experience in fast-paced or specialized healthcare environments
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as required to different hospital and clinic locations
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new clinical teams quickly
- Valid state or multi-state RN licensure
- Ability to obtain necessary travel and housing reimbursements
