Required Skills:
- Valid RN license in NM or a compact state
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in general Med/Surg or telemetry nursing
- Proficiency in EPIC electronic health record system
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and delegation skills
- Ability to perform independently while maintaining excellent patient care standards
- Capable of managing complex cases, including general medical, surgical, orthopedics, behavioral health, OB surgical, and pediatric patients
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in telemetry monitoring and acute care settings
- Knowledge of hospital protocols and procedures
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- At least one year of related nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel and work night shifts (7PM 7AM)
- Ability to adapt to various patient conditions and unit requirements
- Compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
Hourly Pay Rate: $60.30
