Are you a passionate and experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse ready to make a difference in diverse and fast-paced clinical settings? We are seeking highly skilled Travel RNs to provide top-tier care to a wide array of patientsfrom stroke victims and trauma patients to pediatrics and post-surgical cases. What You Bring to the Table:
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in ED, Level 1, 2, or 3 Trauma centers
- Proven ability to independently assess and manage complex clinical situations
- Strong knowledge of emergency protocols, medications, and procedures
- Excellent documentation, communication, and patient education skills
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
- RN license valid in NM or a compact license
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Experience handling a broad spectrum of patients including STEMIs, strokes, trauma, pediatrics, behavioral health, and obstetric complications
- Prior travel or specialty emergency nursing experience
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work multiple shifts with start times varying from 3 PM to 7 PM
- Recent ED trauma experience within the last year
- Commitment to completing all clinical and organizational onboarding, including orientation and competency validation
- Willingness to travel and adapt to different hospital environmentsreimbursements provided
