Required Skills:
- Valid New Mexico Physical Therapist licensure
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Proven experience in outpatient physical therapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and modality administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with home program development
- Knowledge of a variety of therapy modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and gait/balance training
- Prior travel therapy experience
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Doctorate, Master's, Bachelor's, or Associate Degree in Physical Therapy
- Demonstrated accountability with assessment, evaluation, and decision-making skills
- Previous outpatient therapy experience is highly desirable
Other Requirements:
- Must hold a valid New Mexico Physical Therapist license
- Certification in BLS from AHA
- Willingness to travel as needed (travel reimbursements provided)
- Professional appearance adhering to dress code: khaki pants and white polo
