What Youll Bring:
- Valid New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and CPI certifications (Blue Card preferred)
- Ability to quickly assess, prioritize, and implement patient care
- Clear and compassionate communication skills tailored to patient developmental stages
- Confidence in performing Point of Care testing and adapting care plans based on patient evaluations
- Prior ER experience preferred, new graduates with strong skills are encouraged to apply
Nice to Have:
- Additional certifications or specialized training in emergency or critical care
- Experience with patient and family education, discharge planning, and collaborative team communication
Educational & Experience Background:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Nursing experience, especially in emergency or critical care settings, highly valued
- Recent RN graduates considered as CN I and eligible for higher levels with relevant credentials or education
Other Requirements:
- Must be willing to work the overnight shift from 7PM to 7AM
- Willingness to travel and work in diverse healthcare environments
- Ability to provide high-quality, safe, and compassionate care in a fast-paced ER setting
