Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide expert care to adult patients in a busy outpatient clinic. Responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans, you will help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life. This role combines clinical expertise with compassionate patient care, offering the opportunity to work daytime hours with competitive pay and a supportive team.
Required Skills:
- Valid New Mexico Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification from AHA
- Proven competence in neuromusculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory assessment and treatment
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to develop, monitor, and adjust personalized care plans
- Knowledge of physical therapy modalities and equipment safety standards
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in outpatient or orthopedic therapy settings
- Familiarity with interdisciplinary team collaboration
- Previous supervisory or mentoring experience with PT assistants
- Experience with home program development and family instruction
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Doctorate, Master's, Bachelor's, or Associates Degree in Physical Therapy
- Demonstrated accountability in assessment, evaluation, and decision-making
- Prior outpatient clinic experience is preferred, but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply
Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel within clinic locations if needed (no floating required)
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Willingness to maintain professional licensure and continuing education requirements

Hourly Pay Rate: $61.64
