What Skills You Bring:
- Valid RN license in your state or a compact license
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate clinical competence in oncology settings
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex patient needs with compassionate care
Nice to Have Skills:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in oncology nursing
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Familiarity with night shift workflows and patient routines
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (preferred but not required)
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience, with a focus on oncology care preferred
- Valid RN license in your state or eligible for a compact license
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work weekend shifts
- Willingness to travel as part of your role
- Certification in chemotherapy or specialized oncology training (a plus)
