Required Skills:
- Active RN license in the state of employment or a compact license
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- At least 1 year of experience in medical-surgical nursing or a related specialty
- Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
Nice to Have Skills:
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or perioperative training
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Previous travel nursing experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience in medical-surgical units or equivalent
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start ASAP
- Flexibility to work night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM
- Willingness to travel as needed; travel reimbursements provided
