Job Title: 51101 - AUTO OFFER - Travel RN - Medical/Surgical (Nights)

Required Skills:
  • Valid New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
  • BLS Certification
  • At least 2 years of recent clinical experience in a Medical/Surgical setting
  • Strong communication and patient care skills tailored to adult and pediatric populations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in high-pressure situations
  • Knowledge of EPIC electronic medical record system
  • Flexibility to work 7PM to 7AM shifts, including every other weekend
  • Ability to float to different Med/Surg units as needed
  • Physical strength and stamina to handle patient transfers, prolonged standing, and emergency situations

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Certification in specialized areas such as ACLS or PALS
  • Experience working in a variety of hospital units
  • Previous travel or float nurse experience

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Over 2 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience
  • Demonstrated familiarity with infection control protocols and patient safety standards

Other Requirements:
  • Current BLS certification mandatory
  • Ability to adapt to different work environments across hospital units
  • Must be able to handle physical demands related to patient care
  • Willingness to work night shifts and every other weekend
