Join as a paid, full-time Student Success Coach and Mentor (entry level) in a dynamic AmeriCorps program dedicated to supporting student achievement.
You'll focus on coaching and mentoring students across elementary to high school, helping improve their academics, attendance, and behavior.
Responsibilities include developing individual progress plans, creating engaging learning activities, supporting classroom instruction, and collaborating with teachers and staff.
Training and ongoing support are provided. Additional duties involve organizing events to celebrate student success, supporting after-school programs, and promoting school engagement initiatives.
