Join Our Premier Critical Care Nursing Team as a Travel RN - Night Shift!

Required Skills:
  • Valid RN license in New Mexico or a current Compact state license
  • BLS and ACLS certifications via AHA – current and valid
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in critical care preferred; new graduates considered for competitive applicants
  • Ability to independently perform complex patient assessments and provide comprehensive care
  • Strong knowledge of ICU protocols, medication administration, and patient monitoring
  • Excellent communication skills and cultural competency to address diverse patient needs

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Experience with ventilated patients, cardiac emergencies, and complex medical conditions such as DKA, respiratory failure, MIs, CABGs
  • Previous travel nursing experience or flexibility to adapt to new environments

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • BSN is preferred but not required
  • At least 1 year of critical care nursing experience; new graduates with strong critical care clinical exposure are encouraged to apply

Other Requirements:
  • Must hold a current New Mexico RN license or a valid compact license
  • Willingness to work 7PM-7AM night shifts on a full-time basis
  • Ability to work every other weekend; no on-call or floating duties required
  • Successful completion of organizational orientation and departmental competencies within the first 30 days
  • Certification in TNCC preferred but not mandatory; ongoing professional development encouraged
