Required Skills:
- Valid BLS certification.
- Current ARDMS or CCI certification in DCS, RCS, or RDMS.
- Minimum of two years of cardiology experience; experience with stress testing is a plus.
- Ability to perform a variety of echocardiograms, including transthoracic, transesophageal, and stress echoes.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, aligned with organizational values.
- Adept at managing patient care with sensitivity to age and developmental needs.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with pediatric telemedicine.
- Knowledge of transesophageal probe handling and stress testing procedures.
- Prior experience working in varied healthcare settings or with diverse patient populations.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma required; graduation from an accredited Ultrasound Technology program preferred.
- Proven experience in cardiology echocardiography settings.
Other Requirements:
- Valid state licensure, registration, or certification as specified above.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends every 5th week and participate in on-call rotations.
- Ability to perform approximately 6-8 echocardiograms per day.
- Must be willing to travel as needed, with travel and licensure reimbursements when applicable.
