Responsibilities include hiring, training, supervising welding and fabrication teams, developing leaders, mentoring staff, and supporting project work.
Requirements: High School diploma or GED, fabrication and welding experience (MIG, TIG, Stick), 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience, ability to pass drug, background, and physical tests.
