Sigma Inc. is hiring a 3rd Shift Production Operator - Industrial for a leading manufacturing facility in Turlock, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for experienced manufacturing professionals with forklift certification and feed mill experience.

Schedule

• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday
• Hours: 10:00 PM-6:30 AM
• Overtime and occasional weekends required based on business needs

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy industrial equipment safely and efficiently within the production department
• Meet daily production, quality, and safety goals
• Operate forklifts to transport raw materials, ingredients, and finished products
• Perform feed mill production and material handling duties
• Read and follow written and verbal work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at the end of each shift
• Wear required PPE and follow all plant safety procedures
• Perform basic computer data entry and production documentation
• Assist with miscellaneous production assignments as directed by management
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and quality standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of production or manufacturing experience
• Forklift certification required
• Feed mill experience required
• Experience operating heavy industrial equipment
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and climb ladders throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights greater than 5 feet
• Ability to work in hot, cold, dusty, and industrial manufacturing environments
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including beating/poking bins and digging out dies
• Good visual acuity and ability to follow detailed work instructions

Required Equipment

• Steel Toe or Composite Toe Boots

Additional Requirements

• Must pass a background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be available for overtime and weekend work as needed
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
