3rd Shift Machine Operator / Fabrication
Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Straight 8-hour shift)
Pay: $19.50

We are currently hiring for a 3rd Shift Machine Operator / Fabrication position for candidates with hands-on machining and fabrication experience. This role is focused on operating specialty equipment and CNC machinery—not general production work.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in fabrication processes and capable of maintaining quality and efficiency throughout production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machinery and specialty equipment safely and effectively
• Perform true fabrication work including manual drilling, cutting materials to length, and machining based on customer requirements
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality parts are produced
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining efficiency
• Keep workstations clean and organized for smooth shift transitions
• Notify leadership, setup, or quality teams when issues arise
• Support coworkers and assist in other areas as needed
• Follow all workplace safety standards and report unsafe conditions immediately

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of machine operation experience preferred
• Strong background in CNC operations, fabrication, and machining
• Ability to set up and operate machinery per company standards
• Must be able to lift 30–40 lbs. when required
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
