We are seeking Production Machine Operator to support ongoing manufacturing operations in a production-focused environment. In this role, you will operate and prepare manufacturing equipment to produce quality components while meeting safety, efficiency, and performance standards. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, machinery, and contributing to a team-driven manufacturing process. Opportunities exist for both entry-level operators and experienced machine operators looking to advance their technical skills.
1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | M-F | $21.00/hr
2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | M-F | $21.50/hr
3rd Shift | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM | S-T | $22.00/hr
Duties
Operate production machinery to manufacture components according to specifications and quality standards
Prepare machines for production by loading materials, adjusting settings, and verifying readiness
Perform machine changeovers, including material and tooling adjustments, following standard procedures
Monitor machine performance throughout production runs and make adjustments as needed
Conduct quality checks using inspection tools to ensure products meet requirements
Accurately complete production, quality, and work order documentation
Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment or storage
Identify and report safety, quality, or equipment concerns to supervision
Follow all workplace safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
Participate in continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
Experience
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment required
Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience working with industrial equipment
Ability to read and follow written work instructions and production documentation
Experience performing quality inspections and basic measurements
Familiarity with safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
For Operator II: demonstrated ability to operate multiple machines independently and support advanced setups
Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to manage time effectively and meet production targets
Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
