Job Title: Crate Builder -3rd Shift
Pay Rate: $19/hour (plus differential pay)
Available Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00PM-6:00AM (mandatory overtime)
Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing agency, is looking to fill Crate Builder with a Manufacturing company located in Phoenix, AZ. The client specializes in custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets.
Crate Builder Responsibilities:
Assemble boxes, skids, crates, or platforms used for shipping equipment and machine parts.
Build or otherwise prepare bracing and other support needed for safe transportation.
Crate Builder Requirements:
At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
At least 1 year of crating experience
Experience operating a staple/nail gun.
Forklift experience preferred.
Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Must be able to read a tape measure.
