The Barron Area School District is seeking a qualified teacher for a combined 3rd and 4th grade classroom at Ridgeland-Dallas Elementary. The position is to begin with the 2026-2027 school year. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing grade-level instruction to students in both grades within one classroom and should be able to differentiate instruction to meet a range of academic needs. The successful candidate will possess excellent classroom management skills, understand the connection between student engagement and social-emotional development, and have the ability to identify the learning needs of individual students.
