Work hours are Monday-Saturday, 5:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., with variability based on department needs.
The role involves setting up, repairing, and maintaining equipment, performing preventive maintenance, adjusting line speeds, and ensuring food safety standards.
The Lead also assists in training staff, assumes some supervisory duties during absences, and manages inventory and minor fabrication tasks.
