Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Director 340B Program, assist in the completion of all tasks relevant to the maintenance of the Vandalia Health 340B program, including but not limited to completion of audits, program enhancement and optimization, reporting, purchasing, split-billing, and inventory maintenance for all Vandalia Health retail and mixed use pharmacy operations, contract pharmacy operations, and assist in other pharmacy regulatory functions as needed.
Education:
High School Diploma/GED -Required
Nonessential but preferred:
3+ years of 340B experience
associate degree or higher in business, healthcare, or related field

The employee must possess/obtain (by the end of the orientation period) and demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide developmentally appropriate assessment, treatment or care as defined by the department's identified patient ages. Specifically, the employee must be able to demonstrate competency in 1) ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of patient needs; 2) knowledge of growth and development; and 3) understanding of the range of treatment needed by the patients.
