Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated 3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Machine Operator to join their dynamic team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department, supporting the production process and ensuring high-quality output. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Machine Operator

Location: Aliquippa, PA

Pay Range: $19.00/hr

Shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m., Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor state-of-the-art manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Measure and weigh raw materials accurately for production processes
• Fill silos and manage raw material storage efficiently
• Monitor product quality throughout the production cycle
• Package finished goods for shipment and store raw materials properly in the warehouse

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Ability to follow safety protocols and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
