Lumper / Warehouse Unloader – Production Pay
2ND Shift 1PM - 9PM
Northlake, TX
Production-Based Pay | Weekly Pay | $600-$900+ Weekly
Full-Time | Physically Demanding Work
We are hiring motivated individuals for a fast-paced warehouse unloading position. This is a manual labor / lumper role unloading freight trailers by hand. Employees work in teams to unload a variety of freight including:
- Tools
- Yard equipment
- Outdoor products
- General warehouse freight
No forklifts involved — this is a highly physical position requiring consistent lifting, movement, and teamwork throughout the shift.
Job Duties
- Hand unload trailers safely and efficiently
- Sort and organize freight inside warehouse
- Work in a team production environment
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and safety standards
- Perform repetitive lifting, pushing, and pulling
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50–100 lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work long shifts on your feet
- Warehouse or lumping experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Pay
- Production-based pay (earn based on performance/output)
