Warehouse Supervisor – Night Shift Distribution Operations
Starting Pay: $20.00/hour + Performance-Based Incentives (Top performers can earn $25+/hour!)
Full-Time
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our overnight loading and unloading operation. If you're a motivated leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse, developing employees, and driving productivity, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise warehouse associates throughout the shift.
- Coordinate loading and unloading operations to meet production goals.
- Assign work and manage labor based on operational needs.
- Monitor productivity, safety, and quality standards.
- Train, coach, and support team members.
- Ensure freight is scanned and handled accurately.
- Communicate shift performance and operational updates to management.
- Resolve operational issues quickly to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
- Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse supervisory or leadership experience required.
- Experience in distribution, logistics, loading, or unloading preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
- Experience with RF scanners or conveyor systems is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
