We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations within a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. This role is responsible for driving productivity, maintaining safety standards, and developing team performance while ensuring operational goals are consistently met.

Job Details

Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations to ensure production and delivery targets are met on time and within budget
Lead, coach, and develop team members through hands-on training and performance feedback
Metal Staging, Processing, and Packaging Experience
Conduct performance evaluations and manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions when necessary
Coordinate and assign work, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
Maintain a strong focus on safety by training employees, monitoring conditions, and addressing hazards proactively
Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
Complete and document incident and accident reports in a timely manner
Utilize problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, and continuous improvement practices to resolve operational issues
Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative documentation
Support additional operational needs as directed by leadership

Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent
8+ years of Experience in Metal Fabrication or Manufacturing
Basic computer skills and strong math and reading comprehension
Experience in warehouse operations including forklift operation, packing, and inventory handling
Demonstrated leadership or team-building experience (professional, military, or other settings)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
Must be authorized to work in the United States
