Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday

Freight Breakers LLC is hiring a Warehouse Lead to help guide daily loading and unloading operations in a fast-paced distribution center. This hands-on position is perfect for someone who enjoys working alongside their team, setting the pace, and ensuring each shift runs safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do
- Lead warehouse associates during daily loading and unloading operations.
- Help coordinate workflow to keep freight moving efficiently.
- Assign tasks and provide direction throughout the shift.
- Support supervisors by monitoring productivity and quality standards.
- Train new employees and assist with ongoing coaching.
- Verify freight is scanned and processed accurately.
- Promote safe work practices and maintain a clean work area.
- Help resolve operational issues as they arise.
- Encourage teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.
- Communicate production updates and operational concerns to leadership.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse Lead experience preferred.
- Experience in distribution, freight handling, loading, or unloading.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Experience with RF scanners or conveyor systems is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
