We are currently searching for an individual to be a production leader, in the position of 2nd Shift Production Supervisor.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Demonstrated communication team building skills
- 3+ years leadership/supervision experience in a production environment
- Able to oversee production areas and coordinate work assignments
- Aptitude to train and develop employees
- Lean manufacturing experience is strongly desired
- Experienced in employee performance assessments
- Multitask orientated and excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Self-directed and results oriented individual
- Supervisor must be able to make decisions relating to acceptableness of production and production processes and is able to make quick decision relating to daily production runs. This job requires a pro-active person with a strong work ethic who can be depended upon to work independently.
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
