About the Role:
The Shipping Clerk plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods within the non-durable goods manufacturing industry. This position is responsible for managing both inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining precise records, and coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules. The Shipping Clerk ensures that all products are properly labeled, packaged, and documented to comply with company standards and regulatory requirements. By utilizing various warehouse equipment and technology, the Shipping Clerk supports the seamless flow of inventory and contributes to overall operational productivity. Ultimately, this role is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction through timely and accurate shipping and receiving processes.

Proficiency with inbound and outbound shipping processes ensures that the Shipping Clerk can manage the flow of goods efficiently and prevent errors. Operating electric pallet jacks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners allows the clerk to handle physical inventory safely and quickly, supporting warehouse productivity. Knowledge of general warehouse operations and shipping/receiving procedures enables the clerk to identify and resolve issues proactively.
