HEICO Component Repair Group, a global leader in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft components, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team. 


Key Responsibilities include: 



  • Packaging and labeling boxes and crates for shipment according to company and carrier standards.

  • Perform data entry related to shipping and tracking systems.

  • Prepare and verify shipping paperwork including packing slips, bills of lading and shipping labels.

  • Confirm outgoing units match order information and are labeled accurately.

  • Assist in receiving and organizing inventory when necessary.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.

  • Perform general warehouse tasks.

  • Operate forklift to move, load and unload materials.

  • Other duties as assigned by management.



Skills/Education & Experience:



  • Previous experience in shipping warehouse, or logistics preferred.

  • Must be able to write, read, and speak English

  • Basic computer skills and ability to perform data entry.

  • Familiarity with shipping software and systems preferred (FedEx, UPS)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.

  • Must be able to operate or be willing to learn to operate a forklift and obtain certification upon hire.
