Organize resources and workflows to meet production schedules and quality standards while supervising production team members to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment. Provide on-the-job training and ensure compliance with safety regulations, monitor staffing levels to maintain manpower within authorized limits, and collaborate with corporate teams to support quality, regulatory, and reporting standards. Analyze operations for opportunities to improve methods, tools, communication, and cost control, while ensuring adherence to production procedures, safety protocols, and quality expectations. Follow all safety procedures, work rules, and company policies, and perform additional duties as needed.



Candidates must be mechanically inclined and have experience in a manufacturing or process-oriented environment. A Bachelor"s degree from a four-year college or university is strongly preferred, though a High School Diploma or GED is required at a minimum. Applicants should have at least one year of supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training. Proficiency and comfort with computers are required, along with strong oral and written communication skills. Candidates must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. independently and up to 100 lbs. with assistance, as well as stand for extended periods of time. Forklift experience or certification is considered a plus.
